Logging Your Activity

Your Move4CP page has been designed to connect with Fitbit and Strava apps to automatically sync and add your miles or hours each time you record an activity.

  • If you’re not already connected with these apps, you can always use your Smartphone and download Strava to get started. Strava will connect to most fitness trackers, such as Apple Watch and Garmin.If you’re not already connected with these apps, you can always use your Smartphone and download Strava to get started.   • Once your account has been created with your preferred app, login to your Move4CP profile page and head to the My Fitness Activity tab. This is where you can connect to your preferred fitness app. Click on the icon of the app you'd like to connect, which will prompt you to login and authorize your Move4CP page to access your fitness account.

  • Remember to create a new activity or workout through your app and stop when you're finished each time. This will ensure your miles or hours are recorded onto your page.

  • If you don’t have a fitness tracker, you can still track your activity via your smartphone app (i.e., Apple Health, Samsung Health or Google Fit), and manually add your miles or hours of activity through the My Fitness Activity tab on your Move4CP page.
