Sharing on social media

Sharing your challenge page across your social media accounts will not only motivate your friends and family to give in support – it will also promote awareness of our cause and encourage your followers to join you in the Move4CP challenge.

Facebook

Write a post about your Move4CP challenge and share the link to your challenge page on Facebook.

Tip: When including the link to your challenge page - DO NOT include a donate button. Facebook donations are handled by a third party, and we are unable to link these donations back to your challenge page.

If Instagram or Twitter is more your social thing, you can post photos of your activity and share your stories by tagging #Move4CP, #STEPtemerUS and @ResearchForCP. Be sure to tag us and your organization so that they appear on our social media feed on the home page.

Creating Stories

Creating stories on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok is a fun way to provide daily updates on your progress and engage your friends and coworkers in friendly competition. Share photos and videos of your daily activity, screen shots of your progress chart, and some music and tag your friends to join you and Get Moving!

Be sure to include the link to your page in your story or bio - that will redirect your followers directly to your Move4CP challenge page.

Move4CP Blog

Your challenge page includes a blog feature that you can update every day, including photos. Your updates will be featured on your Move4CP challenge page and you can share your blog directly to your Facebook page with a click of button.
