NYC MARATHON 2026

Running the NYC Marathon

Family and Friends,

This November, I will be running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon.  I have chosen to run with the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation's Athletes for Accessibility team.  Turning 30 this September has inspired me to get into better shape or develop a good injury story in the process.  We’ll see which one happens.

Kidding aside, as many of you know, my younger brother Matthew has cerebral palsy from an in-utero stroke. He's 25, has been fortunate to live a fuller life than many with CP, and is a better golfer than most people reading this. He's also the most appreciative, positive person I know, which is remarkable given everything he's had to navigate.

Matthew and others living with CP inspire me to run this race. Watching him work harder than anyone I know to do things most people take for granted has been very impactful.

I'm aiming to raise $5,000 for CPARF, which funds research, technology, and care that improves the lives of people with CP and their families. Any donation to this meaningful cause is appreciated.   Please pass my link on to anyone else who considers cerebral palsy a valuable cause.

Thank you in advance.
