I’m making my MOVES count for CP research!

I’m taking part in the Move4CP challenge to raise funds and awareness for cerebral palsy research.

Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common lifelong physical disability in the world.

One in 323 babies is diagnosed with CP each year, and estimated related lifetime costs exceed $1.2 million per person.

Your generous support will accelerate groundbreaking research to change what's possible for this underfunded condition. There are several vital research programs, including:

  • Training medical teams to detect cerebral palsy in babies as young as three months old, so they can get timely physical therapy.
  • Supporting research into new chronic pain treatments and solutions for millions of people with CP

Today I stood for 1 hour and also used my weight bag to stretch my hamstrings for an additional  1 hr

Friday 11th Jun
On Day1, yesterday I stood for 1 hour, used my weight back for 1 hour and use my resistance bands for 30 minutes. Today day 2 I stood for an hour and a half use my weight back for 1 hour and my resistance bands are again for another 30 minutes
