I’m making my MOVES count for CP research!

I’m taking part in the Move4CP challenge to raise funds and awareness for cerebral palsy research.

Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common lifelong physical disability in the world.

One in 323 babies is diagnosed with CP each year, and estimated related lifetime costs exceed $1.2 million per person.

Your generous support will accelerate groundbreaking research to change what's possible for this underfunded condition. There are several vital research programs, including:

  • Training medical teams to detect cerebral palsy in babies as young as three months old, so they can get timely physical therapy.
  • Supporting research into new chronic pain treatments and solutions for millions of people with CP

Please help me reach my giving goal. Together, we change lives and move CP research forward.

Thanks so much for your support!

Cerebral palsy is the most common lifelong physical disability in the world, and it is one of the most underfunded.

One in 323 babies is diagnosed with CP each year, and related lifetime costs have been estimated to exceed $1.2 million per person.

Although we as a family have been fortunate to have access to funds or in some cases insurance there are many families that don't have this, that's why fundraisers like this are so important.

This picture with Katy and me was from a few years ago when she was fitted with the sophisticated and personalized EXOSYM brace which allows her to live pain free and to ultimately prevent future harm.

Please give what you can
