Support Cerebral Palsy Access to Orthotics!

Help Me Make a Difference: Advancing Research for a Better Future

For my birthday this year, I’m asking for something a little different. Instead of gifts, I’m raising money for families affected by cerebral palsy to help cover the cost of essential orthotic braces such as AFOs, SMOs, and Night AFOs.

Rowan has worn braces since he was 2 years old. Over the years, he has needed numerous sets—typically at least two sets every year, and often more as he grows and his needs change.

These braces are not optional; they are critical tools that help with mobility, stability, safety, and independence. The cost is staggering. One set of braces costs $3,088.27 out of pocket for our family, even with insurance coverage. We are incredibly fortunate that we are able to make these braces accessible for Rowan, but we know many families face difficult financial decisions when it comes to obtaining the equipment their children need.

That’s why I’m dedicating my birthday fundraiser to supporting families through cerebral palsy awareness and assistance programs. Every child deserves access to the braces and supports that can help them thrive, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

If you’re able, please consider making a donation to my CP awareness fundraiser. No amount is too small, and every dollar helps move us closer to making these essential devices more accessible for families who need them.

Thank you for helping turn my birthday into an opportunity to make a difference for children like Rowan and so many others. The greatest gift I could receive this year is knowing that another family can access the support their child needs and deserves.

Thank you to my Supporters
