Advancing CP Research & Disability Innovation

We're bringing science to life to change what's possible for people with cerebral palsy (CP).

Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation (CPARF) was founded in 2015 to fund the most promising US-based CP research in five main areas, including early detection and early intervention, chronic pain, technology, regenerative medicine, and genomics.

Research is crucial — and we want help people with CP and other disabilities sooner, too. So in 2022, we launched Remarkable US  — a disability tech startup accelerator that's part of the global Remarkable program to expand our mission and fund groundbreaking technology.

There are one billion people with disabilities in the world and 18 million people with CP. Because the world isn’t built for disabled people, we’re doing everything we can to change that in a positive way through science and innovation — and we can only do it with you on our side!

Leading the way with innovation.

Remarkable Technology

Remarkable US is the startup accelerator run by CPARF   and we'recommitted to supporting tech startups that amplify human potential and positively impact people disabilities.

Remarkable US works with disability innovators to develop the next generation of assitive technology and make the world more accessible for all.

The collaboration between the CP community, researchers, and entrepreneurs powers CPARF's work.

Together, we're changing what's possible for people with CP.

"From the beginning, technology has played a vital role in Conner’s life — from literal life-saving technology in the NICU to therapeutic devices like his Trexo Robotics gait trainer. And I know that technology being developed right now will help him in the not-so-distant future.”

Jenny Saunders, CPARF Ambassador and Conner's mom

“Humans are the most important technology we can invest in. We talk about investing in tech, but we’re investing in humanity.”

Minnie Baragwanath, Chief Possibility Officer of the Global Centre of Possibility
