No one said it would be easy. But it will be worth it.
Your MOVE goal is YOURS.
It’s a goal and movement that you choose. A goal that you will push you beyond your norm. A goal that you can strive to achieve during in the 21- day challenge.
It could be movement in the traditional sense, like walking, rolling in your wheelchair, or cycling. Or an activity that moves you: writing, creating, and volunteering.
The benefits of physical activity are numerous, like improved health and fitness, cardio and respiratory function, and stronger muscle and bone development.
But your MOVE goal can also be based on actions that are broader. One that makes you feel great! You can do something moving: volunteering, making art, reading. Dedicate time to help others. Carve out time for yourself to create.
Increased activity, be it physical or mindful, can help with your ability to cope with anxiety and stress, improving your quality of sleep and provide a boost to your overall mental health.
