Cameron's Ride for CP Research

By Cameron Edwards

I'm part of team Athletes for Accessibility and I'm biking 40 miles to change what's possible for people with cerebral palsy.

I’m in the NAB team riding in the 2024 Five Boro Bike Tour as part of team Athletes for Accessibility to support Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation (CPARF) and their mission to change what’s possible for people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. I’m passionate about this cause because I believe that the world should be accessible to everyone.

Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common lifelong physical disability in the world, with 33 babies diagnosed every day in the US. Even though it’s so common, CP doesn’t get the attention or funding it deserves. Your generosity will change that.

Any contribution you make will make a difference. Your gift can support:

  • Technology that makes it possible for people with CP to move in ways — and accomplish things — that they never have before.
  • Research into new chronic pain treatments and solutions for people with CP.
  • Training to help medical teams to detect CP in babies as young as three months old, so children can get timely physical therapy.

Please help me support this great cause by making a donation.
