I'm Climbing Mt. Rainier for CP Research!
As the Executive Director of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation (CPARF) it is my privilege to witness incredible people living with a disability adapt to and overcome challenges every day as they navigate a world that wasn't built with them in mind.
In order to raise funds to both move cerebral palsy research forward and to accelerate assistive technology development I will also be challenging myself next June to summit the highest peak in Washington State - Mt. Rainier.
As part of a 4-day climb, I will spend my 41st birthday hiking and sleeping above 10,000ft at Camp Muir, and then on June 22nd, with two wonderful friends, will attempt to summit the 14,411ft peak.
I'm asking you to join my effort to raise awareness and funds for CP research and assistive tech development by helping me raise $14,411 - one dollar for every foot of elevation.
Every dollar you donate helps CPARF rebuild a world with and for people with disabilities.

Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common lifelong physical disability in the world, affecting 18 million people of all ages, with 33 babies diagnosed with CP every day in the US.
Even though it’s so common, CP doesn’t get the attention or funding it deserves. Your generosity will change that.
